THE TASK.
Recruit 300 Employees in 12 weeks.
In May of 2006, we were engaged to help the Chicago market DDS group recruit 300 drivers to service new contracts in the western suburbs.

Our recruitment window was May 5th - July 31st. We estimated that we would need 1200 inquiries in 12 weeks to generate 300 new drivers.

The need required fast planning, creative execution and media negotiations. We had less than 2 weeks to strategize the recruitment plan, negotiate media buys, and develop a suite of marketing materials that would enable the DDS group to recruit, hire, train and staff for those 300 positions.

THE RESULTS.
Through a fully integrated communications plan and some creative shuffling by the DDS group, all of the new contracts were fully serviced.

The suite of marketing assets consisted of Display Ads, Outdoor, Online Ads, and Direct Marketing.
