THE TASK. Grow charters by 25% per year over the next 4 years. Laidlaw Education Services, a $2 billion company and the largest independent school bus contractor in North America, began a new initiative to grow their charter business in the after-school, business, association, non-profit and private sectors.
In August of 2006, they chartered us with developing a suite of marketing materials that would merchandise the effort to all of the United States and Canada. Based upon market research, we developed over 250 marketing assets in 4 months.
We provided general Marketing and Brand Consulting that resulted in Display Ads, Directory Ads, Online Ads, Sales Collateral Systems, Outdoor Programs, Direct Marketing Materials, Powerpoint Presentations, Sales Scripts, Radio Scripts, and Guerilla Marketing Materials.
THE RESULTS. It’s still early but many Charter Centers across North America saw as much as a 50% increase in charter business from implementing the sales and marketing plan.
